You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the intellectual property of Deepen and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without the prior written consent of Deepen.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App and its Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Deepen makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the operation, accuracy, or availability of the App or its Services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deepen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deepen and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or its Services, even if Deepen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deepen and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or its Services or any violation of these Terms.
8. Modification of Terms
Deepen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Medical Disclaimer
9.1 AI Chat Therapy The App provides AI-based chat services. While the AI chat aims to provide support, it does not replace professional human therapy. Deepen does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the therapy provided by the AI therapist. It is your responsibility to use the App and its Services responsibly and seek professional assistance when necessary.
9.2 Deepen Services Deepen is a provider of self-therapy and introspection support in the health & wellness space. We are not a health care or medical device provider. Our products should not be considered medical advice. Deepen makes no claims, representations or guarantees that the Services provide a physical or therapeutic benefit.
10. Termination
Deepen reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and its Services at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deepen Inc, concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and oral or written agreements.
