1.2.1. Our servers automatically collect data when you use the App, including actions integral to the App’s functionality and actions performed while creating and editing entries. For text-to-speech functionality, we may request access to your device’s microphone to upload media to the App. All media uploaded in this manner will be collected and stored on our servers. You can manage our access and permissions in your device settings.

1.3. Access to Your Mobile Device

1.3.1. We may request access or enable certain features on your mobile device, such as reminders. If you want to modify our access or permissions, you can do so in your device settings.

1.4. Push Notifications

1.4.1. We may request permission to send you notifications related to your account or the App. You can opt out of receiving these communications by adjusting the notification settings in your device.

2 THE LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSE, AND DURATION OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

7 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 15

7.1. Our service is not intended for children under the age of 15, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. Do not use the App or provide any information within it if you are under the age of 15.

7.2. If we discover any such data, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us.

8 UNTRACKING CONTROLS

8.1. At present, we do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals or similar mechanisms that indicate your preference not to be tracked online. If a universally recognized tracking standard emerges in the future, we will update our Policy accordingly.

9 OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

9.1. You can review and modify your personal information by accessing your profile or account settings. If you request account termination, we will deactivate or remove your account, retaining only necessary data for fraud prevention and legal compliance. Deleted data will be completely removed within 30 days from all databases and backups.

9.1.2. If you request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and remove your information from our active databases. However, we may retain certain information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, assist in investigations, enforce our terms of use, or comply with legal requirements.

9.1.3. Non-critical data that is not required for the purposes mentioned above will be retained for a maximum of 30 days. During this period, we will ensure complete deletion of such data from all databases and backups.

9.1.4. As the data controller, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and request data portability. Additionally, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. 10 NOTICE TO USERS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

10.1. If you are using our Services from the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that your information, including personal data, will be transferred to the United States where our Partner Platform servers are located. Our partners or employees outside the EEA may process this information. It may subsequently be transferred within the United States or to other countries outside your country of residence, depending on the information and storage methods. These countries, including the United States, may not have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in your country of residence. However, our collection, storage, and use of your personal information will still adhere to this Privacy Policy. 10.2. By consenting to the processing of your personal information, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your personal information outside the EEA and its processing in the United States.
