Account Deletion Request Policy

Deepen Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from our system, please follow the steps below:


Steps to send a deletion request:

Step 1: Log in to your Deepen account.

Step 2: Navigate to the account settings page.

Step 3: Click on the “Delete Account” option.

Step 4: Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.


Please note the following regarding account deletion:

Types of Data Deleted:

Your personal profile information, including your name, email address, and any other provided details.
Your message/session history and progress records.
Any stored communication logs or messages.

Retention Period:

We retain non-critical data for a maximum of 30 days from the date of account deletion. Non-critical data refers to information not necessary for legal, operational, or legitimate business purposes.

After this retention period, all your user data will be completely deleted from our active databases and backups. However, we may retain certain information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, assist in investigations, enforce our terms of use, or comply with legal requirements.

Please be aware that account deletion is an irreversible process. Once your account and associated data are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
